 Terms and Conditions for OPDLogs

Welcome to OPDLogs! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of PMT Apps' mobile application, OPDLogs. By accessing this app, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use OPDLogs if you do not agree to all the terms and conditions stated on this page.


1. Definitions


In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:


- Company: Refers to PMT Apps, the entity responsible for the development and maintenance of OPDLogs.

- App: Refers to the mobile application OPDLogs, designed to store and manage patient logs for doctors.

- User: Any individual, typically a doctor, who accesses and uses OPDLogs.

- We: Refers to PMT Apps, the provider of OPDLogs.

- You: Refers to the user of the app.


2. User Data

Your personal data including but not limited to Name, Email-Id, Phone number will be stored and sent to third party services for providing seamless user experience. Third party services including but not limited to Firebase and Google services. Example: Phone numbers that you provide for authentication will be sent and stored by Google to improve the spam and abuse prevention across Google services, including but not limited to Firebase.

OPDLogs is designed to collect and store patient data entered by its users. This data includes patient logs, medical history, and other related information. The primary purpose of collecting this data is to provide doctors with an efficient and reliable tool for managing their day-to-day patient interactions.


The user is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the data entered into the app. PMT Apps does not verify the data entered by users and disclaims any liability for errors or omissions in user-provided data. Users must understand that while the app provides a platform for data storage, the responsibility for data integrity lies entirely with the user.


3. Third-Party Services


To enhance the functionality of OPDLogs, we may integrate with third-party services and SDKs. These services can include, but are not limited to, data storage solutions, analytics tools, and payment processors. By using OPDLogs, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions of these third-party services. 


PMT Apps is not responsible for the actions or policies of any third-party services. Any interaction with these services is governed by their respective privacy policies and terms of service. We recommend that you review the terms and conditions of these third-party services to understand their data handling practices.


4. Payments and Subscriptions


OPDLogs offers a subscription-based model with a free trial period of 30 days. After the trial period, users must purchase a subscription to continue using the app. Subscription plans and pricing details are available within the app.


All subscription payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and billing details through your account settings in the app.


By subscribing to OPDLogs, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your subscription. PMT Apps reserves the right to change subscription fees at any time, with prior notice to users.


 5. User Responsibilities


As a user of OPDLogs, you are responsible for the security and storage of your data. It is recommended to regularly back up your data to prevent any loss. PMT Apps is not responsible for any data loss, and we disclaim any liability for damages resulting from the loss of data.


Users must ensure that their use of OPDLogs complies with all applicable laws and regulations. Any misuse of the app, including but not limited to unauthorized access, data tampering, or illegal activities, is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your access to the app.


6. Governing Law


These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.


By using OPDLogs, you agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and PMT Apps for any purpose concerning these terms and conditions or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Maharashtra, India.


 7. Changes to Terms


PMT Apps reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the revised terms will take effect immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any updates or changes.


Continued use of OPDLogs following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must stop using the app.
