How to Request Data Deletion

To request the deletion of your account and associated data, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an Email: Send an email to contactmtofficial@gmail.com
  2. Subject Line: Include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line.
  3. Account Information: In the body of the email, provide the following information to help us identify your account:
    • Your full name
    • Your email address used for the account
    • Your Mobile Number used for the account
    • Screenshot of your profile in App
    • Any other relevant information 

Types of Data Deleted

Upon receiving your data deletion request, we will delete the following data associated with your account:

  • Personal information (e.g., name, email address)
  • Account settings and preferences (if stored any)
  • Usage data and logs
  • Any other data specifically associated with your account

Data Retention

Please note that while we strive to delete your data promptly, certain data may be retained for a limited period due to legal, regulatory, or security reasons. After this retention period, all your data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email once your data deletion request has been processed and your data has been deleted.
